At Le Nougat by Chabert and Guillot, we’ve perfected the art of nougat for over a century and a half, spanning nearly five generations. Our journey began in 1848 when our ancestor, Alexandre, opened his first confectionery in Montélimar, France. His recipe was simple, yet timeless: a handful of exquisite almonds, a touch of honey, and a hint of vanilla.
